- Buy food coloring and white vinegar
- Buy white scarves
- Fill up three buckets with warm water plus one for rinsing
- Add 1/2 cup vinegar and 1 bottle of food coloring per bucket, red, yellow and blue is best
- Dip and squeeze~experiment with color combinations
- Hang to them up dry
- Iron to make them shiny
- Give as gifts to grandparents, teachers, friends, and wrap gifts with them
- Enjoy!
