Return Policy

Holiday Returns: We are temporarily extending our return policy to accommodate returns on items gifted during the Holidays. Until January 18th 2024, we will accept returns on orders placed on or after November 14th, 2023. After January 18th, we will return to our regular 30 day returns window.

You can initiate a return by logging in to your Sarah's Silks account portal. We ask that return requests be submitted within 30 days of when your order was delivered. 

Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Seconds items and gift cards are non-refundable - if you have any issues with your Seconds item or bag, you can reach out to our Customer Care team directly at info@sarahssilks.com

  • Large wooden toys are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached and intact.
  • Warehouse sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping for returns.
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
  • Orders placed with store credit or gift card can only be refunded in store credit.
  • If you wish to return your order based on a damaged or missing item, please reach out to customer care info@sarahssilks.com rather than initiating a return through your online account.
  • Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the order's delivery.
  • Any other questions about your order can be directed to info@sarahssilks.com for resolution. 

 

How to submit a return request:

Click the link below to log in to your account.

  1. Log in to your account - in the email field, enter your email address and click continue.
  2.  In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and enter the six digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for our customer care team.
  7. Click request return.

You will receive a response with instructions within 1-2 business days.
