My 6 year old loves using them as capes and as play backdrops in his little figure pretend play. My 1.5 year old has used one to hold her “Bebe” like a doll sling. We love love our silks. My 6 year old is really wanting the bed canopy we saw here next !

Our favorite way to play with our silks so far has been making different dresses/outfits with them and dancing, and we recently used the “fire” one to make a campfire and we roasted pretend s’mores. They also get used as picnic blankets and fancy tablecloths for tea parties, swaddles for the many stuffies, and one time we stuffed them into our play kitchen bowls to pretend they were ice cream! Endless opportunities for fun with play silks…my 3 and 2 year old girls are loving them!

My son’s favorite way to use playsilks is to wrap them like a baby carrier and put his plushies inside. He will sometimes carry up to 5 plushies inside and pretend they are his babies. He wants to pretend he is like his dad who carried him and his sister in carriers. He loves to use them in other ways but by far this is our favorite way to use the silks.

I recently ordered the blossom crown and cape for my almost 3 year old! I was going to save it for her birthday but I was too excited to see her excitement! The ecstatic giggles and mirror checks were definitely worth it!
My favorite thing has been to just watch her be little and enjoy afternoons of dress up and tea parties! I want her childhood to feel so magical and give her as much time to play, create, and imagine before these precious years come to an end.
I plan on adding to our Sarah’s silk collection for each birthday and holiday to encourage this type of creative play and add to the magic of childhood!

We love Building forts and using them as the beautifully colored roofs, capes for the queen, baby doll carriers, scenes for imaginative play, and even colorful soups in her mud kitchen, our options are truly endless!

We love using ours for various open ended play.
My 5 children run around with them trailing above their heads while screaming “weeee!”, or a corner stuffed into the back of their pants for an imaginary tail, or Rapunzels long hair, or a mermazing mermaid tail…but their MOST favorite way to use them is with our nuggets. They love making forts and “rooms”, and the double silks really help create that magical world for them ✨

My kids love tying a bunch of silks end to end and putting the end one on their head to be Rapunzel! Then they stack the couch cushions to make their tower haha
