Return Policy
You can initiate a return by logging in to your Sarah's Silks account portal. We ask that return requests be submitted within 30 days of when your order was delivered.
Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Seconds items and gift cards are non-refundable - if you have any issues with your Seconds item or bag, you can reach out to our Customer Care team directly at info@sarahssilks.com
- Large wooden toys are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached and intact.
- Warehouse sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping for returns.
- Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
- Orders placed with store credit or gift card can only be refunded in store credit.
- If you wish to return your order based on a damaged or missing item, please reach out to customer care info@sarahssilks.com rather than initiating a return through your online account.
- Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the order's delivery.
- Any other questions about your order can be directed to info@sarahssilks.com for resolution.
How to submit a return request:
Click the link below to log in to your account.
- Log in to your account - in the email field, enter your email address and click continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and enter the six digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for our customer care team.
- Click request return.
You will receive a response with instructions within 1-2 business days.
