Step 2. Practice with Two Balls:
Hold one ball in each hand and toss the first ball from your right hand to your left hand. When the first ball reaches its peak, toss the second ball from your left hand to your right hand. Catch both balls in the opposite hands and Practice this "throw, throw, catch, catch" pattern until it feels natural.
Step 3. Introduce the Third Ball:
Start with two balls, throw one ball, when the first ball reaches its peak, throw the second ball from your other hand. When the second ball reaches its peak, throw the third ball. Continue this pattern, each time a ball reaches its peak, throw another ball. Focus on keeping the throws consistent and at the same height.
Tips:

Try to throw each ball to the same height and with the same force.
Stay Relaxed and keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid tensing up.
